We had an INCREDIBLE time at the movie. Joey loved it. In one of the first scenes, Mr. Incredible is in a fast car wearing a tux! Joey couldn't believe it! It was like a Bond Superhero! He had the time of his life. Gina was off school, so she went as well. We also met a few cousins who will remain nameless as they were having a Ferris Buehler's Day Off to be able to share this with Joey. It was a blast. Of course, when we got home, Joey wanted to go directly to the bath again. It didn't matter that he had already had a bath in the morning. I put him back in there anyway. It made me feel better too after being in the movie theatre. I put a mask on him to get him to the seat. Then, I secured his perimeter with Lysol wipes. Of course, we also had plenty of Purel on hand. The movie was hilarious. I LOVED the part where Mr. Incredible had to go into the witness protection program for Superheroes. The mundane job they found him for his cover was a claim rep. He found himself in an office of a million cubicles handling claims. Too funny and too familiar. So far today, Joey seems totally fine. His nameless cousin spent the night, so the party continues. Gina and I are going to hit a craft show today. I am truly enjoying this weekend. So many times this past year, my friends and family have drug me out for a distraction. But, until now, I just wasn't able to have fun. I thank God for this taste of normal. I can truly appreciate it with each new day. And, I truly appreciate all of you for keeping tabs on us and continuing to pray for us.
