You are all truly wonderful with all of your kind notes on the BLOG. It is amazing to share our happy news with so many people at one time. We can really bring Joy to the World---since I am certain that the better part of the world has shared this past year with us. I was able to see some of you today. It was nice to make a social call at work today. They had a delicious Christmas luncheon and were kind enough to invite me even though they have all been doing my work for me. Pretty great bunch, huh? Anyway, I had a good visit. Soon, I will be a regular visitor as I ease back into work after the holiday. I will return part-time thanks to the continued generosity of State Farm. It is the best place to work. I can say this from experience. They really have supported me this past year, in every way. Today, as usual, my desk was covered in gifts for our family. There was a Spidey ornament for Joey. A beautiful tapestry from Italy showing Michaelangelo's rebirth of man-how appropriate. And, Joey's favorite, several 8 x 10 glossy photos of Pierce Brosnan. One of the people in the Akron General Radiation Dept. had contacted his fan club. And, Pierce himself signed a photo to Joey. I must say he is smokin hot in this picture. I may have to keep it close by! He wrote on it, "To Joey, You are my hero! Sending lots of love. Pierce Brosnan" Pretty sweet, huh? Joey couldn't wait until Gina got off the bus to show her his REAL 007 pictures. I thought of waiting and putting it under the tree, but I didn't want it to get lost among everything else, and also, I COULDN'T WAIT! Joey went crazy as expected. They'll be plenty under his tree anyway. I'm sure you can imagine how soft Santa is this year where he is concerned. Personally, I don't want anything for Christmas--ever again. I just want to celebrate it with my family. It is a gift each day. By the way, Cousin Mike, I love the music on the BLOG. You rock. I'm not sure all of you realize that I have nothing to do with updating this site--I simply type something on this BLOG, and my wonderful cousin tweaks the site to reflect what is going on. It is a wonderful gift that he gives all of us each day. A new song, a new picture, a new outlook. I will forever be in his debt. I love you Mike. And, I love all of you. Each new message makes our good news more real to me. We must continue to BELIEVE.
