So, it's ten o'clock in the evening and everyone is ready for bed-everyone but Joey, that is. Jeff and Gina are already "honk shooing" (snoring) as Joey would say. And, Joey just asked me for some waffles and milk! I am so tired, I think I could fall over. But, I am also so pleased to see him jumping around the room to the Teen Titan Song! Yes, that's right, the wonderful folks at Cartoon Network chose ten o'clock pm to play one of Joey's favorite shows! I guess I have plenty of time for this update. Joey feels really well. He is eating like a horse. His face is fuller, and he is just adorable. We finally got the tree up Saturday night. Joey was so cute. We put a few ornaments on and he ran to the fireplace and said, "OK! Let's put out the cookies and carrots for Santa!" It took awhile to talk him out of it. Then, he and Gina did a show for me on video. They were lip-syncing to our Christmas CD's. They were real hams. Jeff joined in with his remote control microphone. I do believe we have our next fund raiser. Is that show Funniest Home Videos still on? If so, I have the winner. Ever see a 300 lb man lip-sync and dance to Mariah Carey? Well, you haven't lived. But, we sure have. We are living each day to the max. And, lately, it feels so wonderful. Please pray on Wednesday and Thursday that Joey does well in his scans. He will have 2 full days of scans and tests. He can get through it with all of you on his side. Love you all.
