Greeting to everyone. Jeff here. I arrived in Cincinnati about 8:00 last night. Joey was more than excited to see his big daddy. Gina arrived from Chicago yesterday about 4:00PM. She was also very excited to see her mommy. The two of them hung out last night and Joey and I had a very good night here at the hospital. He slept well, but I had to get him up every 1 1/2 hour to pee. Grandma Bonnie (AKA "Bona Jean") gave me some relief today around lunchtime. I was able to go meet my girls, at BigLots of all places!!! The three of us had lunch at Arbys. This evening was a little rough because Joey refused to let me change his dressing (once a week) and Laura had to come to the hospital to change his dressing. Gina did not like the fact that mom had to leave her for an hour or so..... we had two kids crying at each end of the phone! Things eventually settled down and I was able to go to the hotel and I took Gina swimming for a while. Laura had a successful trip to the hospital and was able to return to the hotel to stay with Gina for the night. Laura,Ginaand Grandma Bona Jean will be hanging out tonight and tomorrow and Gina and I will be returning home tomorrow night. Gina starts school on Tuesday. Joey's last bag of chemo was hung today and he should be finished tomorrow afternoon. Joey is bouncing off the walls at this moment. He and I are having a greaqt time tonight playing games and running around his room.Please continue to pray that my son will beat the odds, and pray that we all will witness one of Gods many miracles.
