Dear Turbo Family,
We will be thinking of you today as you sit through Joey's surgery. We know what a nerve-wracking day it will be, but you will find the strength to get through it, one second at a time. Joey will do fine!!
I believe that you will be happy with the Cincinnati Children's Hospital for Joey's stem cell transplant. Our surgeon once told us that if he weren't at our hospital, Cincinnati Children's is where he would go. It won't be long and this whole ordeal will be behind you. Keep the faith!!
Our son, Cody, just got back on Saturday from his Make-A-Wish trip to Canada where we all went fishing and it was a fabulous time!! It was well worth the wait and Cody had the time of his life just fishing, running fishing boats, playing on paddle boats, swimming, building camp fires and just playing from sun up to sun down. It did us all a world of good!!
Looking forward to the news from the surgery.
