Hello from Newport, KY. We had a full day today. We went in for labs early this morning. They drew blood and let us go for an eventful day. We put a mask on Joey, packed the Purel, and took Joey to the Aquarium. It was awesome. He loved most everything--just not the sharks or crabs. He got to Mommy, though, when he made a wish in the whale fountain. He said, "I wish for more time with my Mommy." Yeah-that was enough to kill me! I wish for that too. It was nice to have some semi-normal family time today. While we were out, the hospital did call for us to come back in for a Platelet transfusion. We went in as outpatients to their day hospital and left a couple hours later. They still are not satisfied with his counts to collect tomorrow. So, it looks like we will be harvesting on Sunday, Monday, and possibly Tuesday. We are aiming 15 million cells. Please pray for big numbers. We love you all.
